品牌創始人江武和孫依檬邀請設計師劉道華打造秀兒四九城整體用餐空間。他在可容納30-50人的宴會廳中加入三面落地的書架配上高清LED屏幕，為各類宴請如商務宴、謝師宴、婚宴等提供另類的聚餐空間。還在餐廳一角開辟了休閑區，擺放著日本品牌stella work的桌椅，方便客人在下午茶時間近距離攀談。

秀兒四九城位于東升大廈二層，環顧餐廳既沒有瓦當灰磚、龍鳳雕花，也沒有八仙桌、紅木高腳凳這些中式桌椅。與平日見到的京菜館子相反，映入眼簾的是一張可容納10人胡桃木宴客桌與占據一側墻面的酒柜。

酒柜中擺放著來自澳洲、法國、意大利等多個酒莊的招牌美酒，餐廳專門聘請了侍酒師進行服務。
